Hi! I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the Microelectronics Thrust at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), advised by Dr. Jian Zhang. I received my B.E. degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University in 2024, where I conducted research under the guidance of Associate Professor Xianwei Zhang.

My primary research interests lie in GPU architecture and storage systems, with broad interests in MLSys, compilers, LLM agent applications, and human-computer interaction. My work aims to efficiently run core operating system functionalities on GPUs, thereby accelerating important applications such as large language models.

I initiated and lead the ScaleX-IO open-source project, dedicated to accelerating data transfer between GPUs and external storage media (DRAM/SSD) and providing infrastructure for RSI. Around this project, I published 3 first-author papers at OSDI, ASPLOS, and ATC during the 2025–2026 academic year. I am also happy to serve as an open-source intern in the vLLM community.
